We are creating a destination yoga village in downtown Seattle/South Lake Union, where individuals of all ages and physical abilities, can practice the ancient arts of yoga and meditation within a sacred space to become avid practitioners and trained teachers. Essentially, our dream is to carry this consciousness and these teachings into and throughout our community by building social programs that address our most pressing needs. We can help people to reconnect with themselves and thus play a vital role in building community.
