A Special Yoga Class with Sada Simran and Siri Kirti Kaur
Sunday November 19th 5-7pm

The gong is a sacred threshold. It is the portal that links the finite and the infinite experience of the Self. As such, the gong is the most sublime instrument of the Yogi. It is a cauldron in which you can create alchemical blends of qualities that open and develop the Inner Self.

Every ancient tradition holds the gong sacred as an instrument for deep transformation.

Please join me on this auspicious evening as we prepare ourselves for transformation with Kundalini Yoga, breath and movement, and meditation and an extended Double Gong Immersion!

The New Moon is a magical time of beginnings, when you can recharge goals, or set new ones. And with our rapidly approaching spring season almost upon us, it time to redirect our energies inward with enthusiasm, clarity, and purpose. Please join Siri Kirti and myself for a special evening where we will activate our intuitive self with a powerful meditative process to anchor ourselves in the Divine. Along with practicing a Kundalini Yoga Kriya and a Double Gong Sivasana, Siri Kirti will devote extra time with meditation to bring us into alignment with what the stars are telling us during this time of the New Moon!

“The gong is the first and last instrument for the human mind. There is only one thing that can supersede and command the human mind – the sound of the Gong. It is the first sound of the universe. It is the basic creative sound. To the mind, the sound of the gong is like a mother and father that gave it birth. The mind has no power to resist a gong that is well played”. By Yogi Bhajan
