Join Sada Simran for Light and Fun Yoga Tuesday evenings at 7:00 pm. Shifting into a mindset of physical and mental well-being often needs a comfortable starting place. This class provides a gateway. Sada Simran presents teachings and experiences that easily (and humorously) provide a heartfelt, spiritual connection between knowing the precious beings we are and challenging the limitations of the body in which we live.
Do what you can do, don’t do what you can’t do!
Light and Fun Yoga classes are full yoga classes. They contain Kundalini yoga kriyas (many of which are done from a chair), deep relaxation with Sada Simran’s magical gong playing and meditations to balance and elevate the mind. By modifying some of the postures and repeating the mantra “Do what you can do, don’t do what you can’t do” in each class, we practice to experience the nurturing effect of a full Kundalini class.
All levels, all ages, all body types!
This class is designed for people of all ages and levels of physical fitness. The Light, Fun, and Happy Yoga series is geared towards practitioners who may prefer practicing from a chair rather than sitting on the floor.
