It doesn’t matter how long you live, what matters is how alive and vital you are in each moment. Kundalini Yoga prepares each of us to be teachers who act with undaunted spirit, exalted caliber and character, and the ability to cross every crisis. This course provides the opportunity to look closely at how we react to, cope with, and master our vitality. In this 50-hour course, cultivate the core skill for this coming age – the ability to recognize stress in ourselves and others and develop the tools to transform it and balance it with conscious relaxation.
Explore the nature of our stress identity as individuals and cross-culturally. Use kriyas and meditations as well as other processes to identify our stressors and the tools you will need to balance and uplift ourselves and others.
The course is a 62-hour program of which 50 hours are classroom time and twelve hours are part of home study assignments and activities to be completed after the classroom segment. Participants are required to attend all classes, pass the exam and complete the home study requirements which span the 90-day period after the course.

“Kundalini Yoga is simply the uncoiling of yourself to find your potential and your vitality and to reach your virtues. There is nothing outside, everything is you. You are the storehouse of your totality.” – Yogi Bhajan
Guru Singh is a celebrated 3rd generation yogi, master spiritual teacher, author and musician.
Guru Singh teaches conscious living through the tools of Humanology, Kundalini yoga, meditation and sacred sound.
