Sada Simran is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. He studied directly under the supervision of Yogi Bhajan for over 35 years. Before moving to Seattle in 2007, he was acting director of Yoga West in Los Angeles, Yogi Bhajan’s home studio. He brings to his classes insights into the nature of consciousness and inspires his students to go beyond their perceived limitations. Join him for a transformative healing journey into self-discovery in any of his classes and enjoy the deep meditative experience brought to you through the Gong.

Siri Kirti, LeAnn, is a musician, astrologer, and Kundalini yoga teacher, completing her yoga training at Yoga West (Vancouver, Canada) in 2010. Michael Dowd is a recent graduate of the first ever Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Seattle! His joy, commitment, and love for the technology of Kundalini Yoga shines through as a teacher. He brings passion and compassion into each class so you will be both challenged to find your edge and supported in your discovery process. Karnamiya Junkinsmith comes to Kundalini Yoga from a choreographic, contemporary dance history with a MA in Physical Education & Dance, extensive ballet training and experimental film making. She is a certified KRI Kundalini Instructor. Karn is also in recovery and has personally experienced the powerful healing aspects of Kundalini Yoga. She is deeply grateful to share the expansive breath work, classic kriyas, deep para sympathetic relaxation with gong and beautiful mantra meditations that Kundalini yoga offers.
